Refund policy

At Curacao Foods Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • Your request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Perishable goods (unless damaged/spoiled on arrival).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@curfoods.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Items must be sent back in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
  • In case of damaged or defective items, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, cancellations may not be possible.
